The Birding Club of Delaware County (BCDC) is pleased to partner with Tyler Arboretum in hosting a free Summer Bird Walk. Tyler Arboretum is designated as an Important Bird Area by the Pennsylvania Audubon Society. Leaders from BCDC will guide this morning walk, looking for a variety of resident and breeding bird species amid forest and meadow habitats. Join us to explore and enjoy the outdoors alongside fellow bird enthusiasts.
Bring your binoculars and prepare to walk up to 2 miles on varied terrain. All ages 13 & up are welcome; youth must be accompanied by an adult. Gates open at 7:45 am, and we depart from the parking lot promptly at 8:00 am. This program is FREE, but pre-registration is required.
