For more than 20 years, the Birding Club of Delaware County (BCDC) has engaged in birding, conservation, and community. We come together to learn, discover, and share the joy of birding in the county and beyond. We enjoy field trips, program speakers, and community science initiatives. BCDC sponsors the Hawkwatch at Rose Tree Park, the Glenolden Christmas Bird Count, nighthawk counting at Haverford College, and a robust bluebird nestbox monitoring program.
BCDC member support enables us to continue these all-volunteer programs and serve as a vibrant local resource for birds and birders. If you enjoy and value our club activities, please join or renew your BCDC membership today.
BCDC membership runs from September through August annually. Membership categories include the following:
Sustaining – $50
Contributing – $40
Family – $30
Individual – $25
