SUMMARY:City Nature Challenge Sunset Birding on the Delaware River
DESCRIPTION:BCDC blitzes the Philadelphia area City Nature Challenge (CNC)
  with sunset birding - and iNatting - along the Delaware River. We'll star
 t at Governor Printz Park in Essington\, where we'll look for Osprey\, Bal
 d Eagles\, Purple Martins\, swallows\, herons\, terns\, gulls\, and more. 
 From there we'll caravan north up the river to check several spots along H
 og Island Road for birds and nature.\n\nNature-lovers of all ages are welc
 ome to participate in the CNC bioblitz. This worldwide community science i
 nitiative runs April 24-27\, using iNaturalist to document wildlife every
 where! To join the CNC fun\, download the free iNaturalist app onto your s
 mart phone before you arrive. Submit photos of plants\, fungi\, insects\, 
 birds\, and all-things nature on-site. Anytime during the 4-day timeframe\
 , explore your favorite corners of Delaware\, Philadelphia\, Montgomery\, 
 and Bucks counties in PA\, or Burlington\, Camden\, and Gloucester countie
 s in NJ\, to support the Philadelphia area project.\n\nMeet at the water's
  edge near the open ampitheater in Governor Printz Park - the park is smal
 l\, and the leader with binoculars will be easy to spot. All are welcome\;
