SUMMARY:Bird Walk at Longview Park\, with Middletown Township EAC
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate World Migratory Bird Day with a bird walk at Longview
  Park\, held jointly by the Birding Club of Delaware County (BCDC) and Mid
 dletown Township EAC. All are welcome to join us to discover local and mig
 ratory species\, be a community scientist for bird conservation\, and shar
 e sightings on eBird to help researchers track populations and migration 
 patterns.\n\nLongview Park is a key component of Middletown Township's ope
 n space program\, providing important habitat and community space for the 
 benefit of wildlife and people. We'll walk the edges of woodlands and a sm
 all wetlands to look for woodpeckers\, bluebirds\, sparrows\, raptors\, an
 d fall migrants.\n\nThe walk is about 1 mile on fairly even surfaces. Brin
 g binoculars if you have them\; a few will be available to borrow on-site.
  Meet on the east side of the lot\; there is ample free parking. There are
  no restrooms.\n\nAll are welcome\, members and non-members.\n\nThis event
